Chinova Asia Development Ltd is a joint venture between Swedish Payment Service Provider Paynova and Chinese Ecommerce and Technology Company LeiXun, which has been assigned by Chinapay to develop international e-commerce including marketing platform and payment service in 2008.

The vision of Chinova is to take a leading role in global cross-border B2C e-commerce businesses to and from China.

In June 2008,Chinova and Chinapay have reached a partnership agreement to build a cross border payment platform for overseas eMerchants who want to conduct cross border sales in China, the platform enable the overseas eMerchants to receive foreign currencies in their home countries while the China consumers pay to them online in RMB

In Nov 2009, Chinova further signed an exclusive agreement with Chinapay to establish a cross border B2C eCommerce platform for China Union pay. Today Chinova has been working with many professional services providers to offer our customers with professional and advance eCommerce solutions.
